Overview

Duckie’s Zendesk connection allows for the AI Support Agent feature.

Configuration Steps

Step 1: Enable Zendesk Connection

Select the Zendesk connection from the list of platforms, and click on the “Enable” button.

Step 2: Give Duckie access to a Zendesk account

Select the Zendesk account you want Duckie to connect to, and click on the “Connect Account” button.

Step 3: Configure the Zendesk Connection

You can specify which groups Duckie will have access to through the Zendesk connection configuration.

Step 4: Configure AI Support Agent

In order to use the AI Support Agent in Zendesk, you will need to configure the responder in Zendesk.

Step 5: Start using Duckie

Once Duckie is enabled in Zendesk, you can start using it. You can refer to the AI Support Agent feature guide for more details.
