Duckie scans all connected knowledge sources, including documentations, past tickets, message history, engineering knowledge, and more, to find useful information and accurate answers quickly.
Currently, Duckie’s AI Support Copilot is available in Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Generating Responses
Once you have configured a Duckie connection, Duckie’s AI Support Copilot will be available in that connection.
Slack
To ask Duckie a question, you can send a message with @Duckie
in a Slack channel that Duckie is connected to.
Teams
To ask Duckie a question, you can send a message with @Duckie
in a Teams channel that Duckie is connected to.
