To create and deploy a Duckie agent, follow these steps:

  1. Go to app.duckie.ai and click “Create an agent”.

  2. Choose a Workspace

A Workspace is where you want Duckie to be deployed. We currently support:

    • Zendesk
    • Intercom
    • Slack
    • Discord
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Custom (via API)

→ See Deployment Options for how to authorize each workspace.

  3. Set Up Agent Configurations

Define your agent’s name, assign admins, and set default behaviors.

→ Learn more in Agent Configurations

  4. Connect Knowledge Sources

Add help centers, Notion, Confluence, past tickets, PDFs, and more — Duckie will use this content to generate responses.

→ Learn more in Knowledge Sources

  5. Connect Agent Tools (Optional)

Link internal systems (e.g. Stripe, logs, CRMs) using our out-of-the-box tools or your own APIs, so Duckie can take actions.

→ Learn more in Agent Tools

  6. Set Up Workflows (Optional)

Use the no-code workflow builder to customize how your agent handles different ticket types, takes actions, or escalates.

    → Learn more in Workflows

  7. Add Agent Guidelines (Optional)

Use the no-code workflow builder to customize how your agent handles different ticket types, takes actions, or escalates.

    → Learn more in Guidelines

  8. Deploy Your Agent

Deploy Duckie wherever your users ask questions — Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, your site, or custom tools.

    → See Deployment Options

Once deployed, your Duckie agent will be live and ready to resolve tickets!
