Choose a Workspace
A Workspace is where you want Duckie to be deployed. We currently support:
- Zendesk
- Intercom
- Slack
- Discord
- Microsoft Teams
- Custom (via API)

- Set Up Workflows (Optional) Use the no-code workflow builder to customize how your agent handles different ticket types, takes actions, or escalates. → Learn more in Workflows
