Guide to creating and deploying a Duckie agent.
To create and deploy a Duckie agent, follow these steps:

Go to app.duckie.ai and click “Create an agent”.

Choose a Workspace
A Workspace is where you want Duckie to be deployed. We currently support:
- Zendesk
- Intercom
- Slack
- Discord
- Microsoft Teams
- Custom (via API)

Set Up Agent Configurations
Define your agent’s name, assign admins, and set default behaviors.

Connect Knowledge Sources
Add help centers, Notion, Confluence, past tickets, PDFs, and more — Duckie will use this content to generate responses.

Connect Agent Tools (Optional)
Link internal systems (e.g. Stripe, logs, CRMs) using our out-of-the-box tools or your own APIs, so Duckie can take actions.

Deploy Your Agent
Deploy Duckie wherever your users ask questions — Slack, Intercom, Zendesk, your site, or custom tools.
