Accessing Duckie

To get access to Duckie, schedule a call with one of our founders here.

Once you have access to Duckie, you can log into the web app at app.duckie.ai, where you can configure your integrations and knowledge sources.

You can set up Duckie either as a Copilot or an Agent.

• AI Support Copilot: Answers questions from your internal support team in Slack or Teams. Instructions: Set up a Copilot.
• AI Support Agent: Respond to your customers in Slack, Discord, Zendesk, and more. Instructions: Set up an Agent.
