Overview

Duckie works in Slack, meeting where your support teams are. To get started, please go to https://app.duckie.ai/.

Configuration Steps

Step 1- Click on the Slack logo.

Step 2 - Give Duckie access to a Slack channel. This channel will be the one you would like to use Duckie in.

Step 3 - If you want to use Duckie in multiple channels, just go to Slack, and use the /invite @duckie command to invite Duckie to these channels.

Step 4 - Proceed to the integrations tab and follow integration instructions here to connect Duckie to your knowledge sources.

Step 5 (Optional) - If you want to use the auto-responder feature of Duckie, follow instructions here.

Step 6 - Use Duckie by following instructions here.
