AI Support Agent
Duckie’s AI Support Agent helps support teams reduce resolution time by automatically responding to support tickets, wherever they may be. You can set the agent to be either in auto-mode or draft-mode. When set to draft-mode, Duckie will draft a response to the support ticket, allowing your team to review, request changes, and approve the response before sending it to the customer.
