Overview

Duckie’s Zendesk integration allows you to ingest documentation from Zendesk into your Duckie workspace.

Connection Process

To connect your Zendesk workspace, select the Zendesk integration from the list of available integrations in the Duckie web app and complete the authorization process.

Knowledge Configs

You can configure which documents you want Duckie to index from by configuring the Groups you want to ingest.
