Working with Drafts
Improving Drafts
Once Duckie has drafted a response, you can review and edit the response before sending it to the customer.
You can modify the response in 3 ways:
- Edit the Response: Make changes to the response directly in Slack.
- Predefined Templates: Use predefined templates to improve the response.
- Request AI Assistance: Ask Duckie to improve the response using AI.
Predefined Templates
Duckie provides predefined templates for improving responses, such as:
- Rewrite
- Humanize
- Make Shorter
- Make Longer
- More Formal
- More Casual
- Fix Spelling & Grammar
- Improve Writing
Version History
Duckie keeps a version history of all drafts, so you can review previous versions of a response, compare changes, and revert to a previous version if needed.
