Auto-Responder is a feature that allows Duckie to automatically respond to messages in a channel. You can use Auto-Responder to provide immediate responses to common questions, share information, or engage with your team.
How to Use

Draft Response
Overview
Duckie helps draft responses to support tickets, and provides pre-defined templates for AI-assisted response improvements. Your team can review and approve responses before sending them to customers. See the detailed draft-response instructions here.

Overview
Duckie scans all connected knowledge sources, including documentations, past tickets, Slack history, and engineering knowledge sources such as code changes and logs, and find useful information and accurate answers quickly.
