Auto-Responder is a feature that allows Duckie to automatically respond to messages in a channel. You can use Auto-Responder to provide immediate responses to common questions, share information, or engage with your team.

How to Use

Setup Auto-Responder in a Slack channel, and Duckie will respond to all messages in that channel automatically. See the detailed auto-responder setup instructions here.

Draft Response

Overview

Duckie helps draft responses to support tickets, and provides pre-defined templates for AI-assisted response improvements. Your team can review and approve responses before sending them to customers. See the detailed draft-response instructions here.
