Duckie works with customer support teams directly in Slack, meeting agents where they work.
Where to Use Duckie
Once you have Duckie installed in your Slack workspace by following the integrations instructions, you can interact with Duckie in the following places.
In a Channel
If you want to use Duckie in a channel, you need to invite Duckie by typing /invite @duckie in the channel.
In a Thread
You can interact with Duckie in a thread by mentioning Duckie by typing @duckie followed by your message.
Direct Message
You can send a direct message to Duckie to ask questions, get help, or use one of the Duckie commands.
