Overview

Duckie’s Teams integration allows you to ingest messages from your Microsoft Teams server into your Duckie workspace.

Connection Process

To connect your Teams workspace, select the Teams integration from the list of available integrations in the Duckie web app and complete the authorization process.

Knowledge Configs

You can configure which channels you want Duckie to ingest from by configuring the Channels you want to ingest.
