Knowledge Source Integrations
When used as a knowledge source:- Content is automatically synced on a schedule
- Documents are chunked and indexed for semantic search
- Agents can retrieve relevant information when responding
- Updates in the source are reflected in Duckie
Agent Channel Integrations
When used as an agent channel:- Duckie receives webhooks when messages/tickets arrive
- Agents can respond directly to customers
- Actions can be performed (update status, add tags, etc.)
- Full conversation history is captured
