Capability Details

Knowledge Source Integrations

When used as a knowledge source:
  • Content is automatically synced on a schedule
  • Documents are chunked and indexed for semantic search
  • Agents can retrieve relevant information when responding
  • Updates in the source are reflected in Duckie

Agent Channel Integrations

When used as an agent channel:
  • Duckie receives webhooks when messages/tickets arrive
  • Agents can respond directly to customers
  • Actions can be performed (update status, add tags, etc.)
  • Full conversation history is captured
