Duckie’s Jira integration allows you to ingest tickets from Jira into your Duckie workspace.

Connection Process

To connect your Jira workspace, select the Jira integration from the list of available integrations in the Duckie web app and complete the authorization process.

You can configure which tickets you want Duckie to index from by configuring the Projects you want to ingest.
