Knowledge Integrations

Integrations Overview

Duckie integrates with a variety of knowledge sources, from communication platforms like Slack and Discord to project management tools like Jira and Linear. Here we will show the configuration process for the most used integrations. The other integrations and their configuration process are similar. To get started, please go to https://app.duckie.ai/.

Confluence

Step 1 - Click on the Confluence logo and give Duckie access to Confluence.

Step 2 -Click the Gear icon to configure the workspace and pages you would like to ingest data from.

Step 3 - Click Save, and Duckie will start ingesting data from the selected knowledge sources.

Google Drive

Step 1 - Click on the Google Drive logo and give Duckie access to Google Drive.

Step 2 - Click the Gear icon to configure the folders you would like to ingest data from.

Step 3 - Click Save, and Duckie will start ingesting data from the selected knowledge sources.

Notion

Step 1 - Click on the Notion logo and complete the OAuth process.

Step 2 - Click the Gear icon to configure the top-most Workspaces you would like to ingest data from.

Step 3 - Click Save, and Duckie will start ingesting data from the selected knowledge sources.

Public Docs

Step 1 - Click on the Public Docs logo.

Step 2 -Click the Gear icon to configure the urls you would like to ingest data from.

Step 3 - Click Save, and Duckie will start ingesting data from the selected knowledge sources.

Slack

Step 1 - Go to the Slack channel you want Duckie to read information from, and use the /invite @duckie command in the channel.

Step 2 - Duckie will automatically start ingesting data from this channel.

Ingestion

It may take anywhere between 10 minutes to 2 hours for Duckie to fully ingest data from your knowledge sources, depending on the size of your knowledge base. Do not worry if you do not see Duckie responding immediately; Duckie is hard at work behind the scenes!
